You’ll also find nice touches that make a house feel like home, like nine-foot ceilings with fans, French doors, crown molding, and more. Select homes also feature a cozy fireplace and a spacious patio or balcony to relax on.

Pets

Elan is a pet-friendly community with a dog park, pet spa, and lots of space for your furry friends to explore. We are pleased to accept cats and dogs and the following non-traditional pets: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Two pets maximum, with a maximum of two dogs total. A one-time pet fee applies: $500 per pet. The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Fees for acceptable non-traditional pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, St. Bernard, and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed for liability reasons. All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions.
